PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rhutasel and Associates, Inc. was retained by GCS Federal Credit Union to provide survey and site engineering design services for a new 13,000 SF banking facility in O’Fallon, IL. Services included topographic and boundary surveys, rezoning coordination, and site design. A preliminary Plat was prepared for the entire 9-acre tract. The first phase of the development has been completed consisting of the 2-acre GCS site, the new public street adjacent to the GCS site and water, sewer and other utility services to serve the first phase. The planned-unit development consists of two regional detention areas to serve the future development of the remaining property. The construction plans included grading and drainage, regional detention, site layout, public street, sidewalks, entrances and paving.
